The same 4.3 mm low-profile hexalobe screws are utilized in both plate and nail, which reduces inventory by eliminating the need for multiple screw diameters. By having one screw family, the system creates a more straightforward approach by only using one size drill and driver. Precontoured anatomic plates and nails are designed to match patient anatomy and may assist in restoring the original structure of the patient’s anatomy.
