Synopsis: This is a 32-year-old, left hand dominant male who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He sustained a displaced left radial styloid fracture. The volar portion of the styloid fragment was noted to be comminuted on injury radiographs. The patient wished to return to work as quickly as possible. The Acumed Divergent Radial Styloid Plate was ideal to address the comminuted styloid fracture and allow range of motion and return to activity….
