In October 2020, Colson Medical, LLC—part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company—announced the merger of Acumed and OsteoMed. The combined organization will be structured into Business Units (BU) whose leaders will be responsible for global sales, marketing, and research and development.

The Business Unit leaders are as follows:

• Seth Brusseau, Vice President, Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)
• Rachel Edwards, Vice President, Foot & Ankle
• Milton Torres, Vice President, Hand & Upper Extremities

The leader for the Tendon, Ligament, and Biologics business unit will be named at a later date.
