Case Presentation: Patient was a 41-year-old male who suffered a midshaft transverse fracture with comminution to his fourth middle phalanx when it was hit with a sledgehammer. A minimally invasive approach resulting in stable fixation and rotational stability was desired to achieve immediate range of motion (ROM) and minimal time away from work.
