Overview The OsteoMed EnCompass™ Metatarsal Resurfacing Implant is designed to decompresses the first metatarsal phalangeal joint and provide an anatomic implant to replace the patient’s native metatarsal head. With seven sizes, the EnCompass Implant is intended to accommodate individual anatomy while minimizing bone removal.
