ExtremiLock Ankle Plating System

The OsteoMed ExtremiLock Ankle Plating System is designed to provide options for fixation of fractures of the tibia and fibula all in one comprehensive system. An Ankle Fusion Plating module is included to address ankle fusion management. 7 plates families and 7 screw types are offered in the system, designed to treat both low and high energy fractures of the ankle. The all-in-one tray provides a solution for simple to complex injuries of the distal tibia and fibula.

The OsteoMed ExtremiLock™ Ankle Plating System is designed to provide options for fixation of fractures of the tibia and fibula all in one comprehensive system. An Ankle Fusion Plating module is included to address ankle fusion management.
7 plates families and 7 screw types are offered in the system, designed to treat both low and high energy fractures of the ankle. The all-in-one tray provides a solution for simple to complex injuries of the distal tibia and fibula.
The plates are designed with universal circular holes that are compatible with 2.7, 3.5, and 4.0 mm screws in the system. Screws within the trays are offered as locking, nonlocking, and variable angle options. Cannulated 4.0 mm screws are also available in the tray.

- Universal Screw Holes: Plates in the system are designed with circular holes that are compatible with 2.7, 3.5, 4.0 mm locking, nonlocking, and variable angle screws offered in the tray. Variable angle screws allow for 20 degrees of angled-locking in any direction. Cannulated 4.0 mm screws are also available in the tray.
- Double Lead Screw Technology: Screws in the system feature double lead thread pattern technology, which is designed to allow for faster screw insertion when compared to single lead screws.
